shopautoweek.com launches

August 16, 2011 —On August 16, Autoweek launched a new company website, shopautoweek.com. At this car shopping site, consumers can easily find vehicle reviews, specifications, feature stories and pricing information to help guide their vehicle purchase decision.

"We combined our Autoweek editorial knowledge with a modern design to offer a new way to shop for cars," said KC Crain, publisher.

"We expect that shopautoweek.com will introduce us to a whole new group of people: the "mainstream" consumer. The opportunities to influence and impact this mass audience are endless," added Crain.

Autoweek will continue to roll out new product offerings enhancing the user experience. According to Ian Jones, commercial director, "This was the first of five releases in the next three months that will bring a barrage of enhanced functionality and features to the product. This roll-out strategy is intentional to best impact natural search rankings and support our PR campaign."
